Delete account
You can delete your Sultan Siege account and the data linked to it in two ways.
1. In the game (recommended)
- Open the game; on the main menu tap your avatar at the top left to open your Profile, then tap the gear icon at the top right (Settings).
- Tap the Account row; the account deletion screen opens.
- Review the list of data that will be deleted and tap Delete Account.
- In the confirmation dialog (“Permanently delete your account and all progress?”) tap Delete Account again. The server completes the deletion within seconds and the game returns to the start screen.
2. Outside the game (by e-mail)
You can delete your account even if you have already removed the app: send an e-mail with the subject “account deletion” to [email protected] and include your Player ID. You can find your Player ID at the top of the Settings › Support screen in the game (copy it with the COPY button next to it; while offline it says “Shown when online”). If you can, also include your in-game display name. We may ask you for additional information to verify that you own the account. Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
- Your account ID, player name and device link
- Your game progress: cards, gold and gems, trophies, Battle Pass and cosmetics
- Your friends list, Hearth membership and your account records in Hearth chat (if you lead a Hearth, it is handed over or disbanded)
- Your invite code (anonymised so it cannot be reused)
- Your trophy leaderboard record and your identity in match history
- Your Sign in with Apple link, if you used it (also revoked with Apple)
What is retained, and why
Two kinds of records are not deleted. They carry the deleted account's internal user number; because the account and profile are deleted, that number is no longer linked to any player profile. They are kept for a limited period:
- Purchase records: for statutory accounting, tax and refund obligations; they also stop the same receipt from granting a reward twice.
- Moderation (report) records: reports you made or that were made about you; for abuse review and appeal rights.
